Data Deletion
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This page explains how to delete the data associated with your use of NavvyAI and exactly what gets deleted in each case.
Deleting specific things, without closing your account
- A meeting: delete it from the app. It is removed along with its transcript and notes.
- The Google connection: click Disconnect on the integration. We revoke the token with Google and delete tokens, account identifier, email, and name. You can also remove our access from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- A WhatsApp or Instagram channel: disconnect it from the app and its access credentials are deleted.
Deleting your whole account
Write to us at fabian@zensavvy.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion". No explanation needed.
What we delete
- Your user account and your company data.
- Connected integrations and their tokens (Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, Zoom), after revoking them with the provider.
- Meetings with their transcripts and notes, and the bot sessions.
- Contacts, conversations, messages, and calls processed on your behalf.
- Meeting audio recordings need no deletion: they are never stored (see the privacy policy).
Timeline and exceptions
We process requests within a maximum of 30 days from verifying the request came from you.
We may keep what the law requires us to keep — billing records above all — and copies in security backups, which are overwritten in their normal rotation cycles.
